Basic Computer Course (BCC) Objective The course is designed to aim at imparting a basic level computer appreciation programme for the common man. After completing the course the incumbent is able to the use the computer for basic purposes of preparing his personnel/business letters, viewing information on Internet (the web), sending mails etc. This allows a common man or housewife to be also a part of computer users list. This would also aid the PC penetration program. This helps the small business communities, housewives to maintain their small account using the computers and enjoy in the world of Information Technology.

Approvals

DOEACC has been approved as one of the assessing and certification bodies for the IT literacy programs as per Letter from DGE&T-19(19)/2010-CD dated 15.10.2010 received from M/o Labour and Employment, Government of India. The BCC course is launched to meet the demand for IT literacy programs and certification for ITIs and ITCs.

Duration

 The total duration of the course is 36 hours, consisting of:

Examination:

All India on line examination for the certificate course will be conducted by the DOEACC Society.

Examination Fee:

The duly filled in downloaded examination forms can be submitted with a Demand Draft of Rs.221/- (Rs. 200/- examination fee + Rs.21/- (Service Tax @ 10.3%)) drawn in favour of DOEACC payable at the respective city of the Regional Centre where the form is to be deposited by the Institute / Candidate.
