Sealed Tenders in “Two parts” are invited from reputed Manufacturers &  suppliers for the supply of  following items at DOEACC CENTRE CALICUT, subject to the requirements, terms and conditions annexed (to be downloaded from the link below).

 Detailed Tender Documents specifying our requirements, Terms and Conditions can be obtained, up to 5 PM on 05.03.2008, by paying cost of Tender Documents as indicated above (Non-refundable) in Cash or  by DD drawn  in favour of Director, DOEACC CENTRE CALICUT payable at SBI, NIT Branch, Calicut, from our office.  Alternatively, Tender documents (MS word format) can also be downloaded from our website by clicking on the respective item link. You may also download from here (word format) the Instructions for filling up the Tender  Form  and General Terms & Conditions of Tender  which is to be enclosed, duly signed & sealed, along with Technical Bid.  In case the Tender Documents are downloaded and Tenders are submitted in such formats, the tenderers are required to furnish additionally a DD, drawn as above,  towards the cost of Tender Documents, along with Part-I of the Tender (Technical Bid), failing which such Tenders shall not be considered.

Tenders shall be submitted in “Two Parts” as per the instructions contained in the Tender Documents  at or before 17.00 hours on 07.03.2008.

Part-I (Technical Bid) of the Tender will be opened  on 10.03.2008 at 11.00 hrs in the presence of attending tenderers/their authorised representatives. The Price Bids (Part-II) of only those tenderers who are qualified in Part-I of the Tender will be opened subsequently on a specified date which will be intimated separately to such qualified tenderers.

DOEACC CENTRE CALICUT will not be responsible for any delay, loss or non-receipt of Tender Documents or any letter/communication sent by post/courier/email etc. either way.  DOEACC CENTRE CALICUT reserves the right to accept or reject any or  all tenders in part or full  without assigning any reason therefor.
